Order Changes

Please send us a DM in Instagram or email us at [email protected] soon as possible. We can change or cancel your order if it has not yet been fulfilled. Unfortunately, we cannot process the change or cancellation once your order has been shipped.

Please note, we are not responsible for any errors (i.e. address, order information) made by the customer so please ensure you put in the correct details.

Refund Policy

At Angelia Crystals, we pride ourselves on the quality assurance of every product. If you received an item from Angelica Crystals that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving to request an exchange or refund. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the product unless the return is the fault of Angelica Crystals.

We only accept returns if product(s) was damaged during shipment. If this is the case, please send us an email at [email protected]. Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do not offer returns or refunds on open products due to Australian hygiene & safety standards.
